Incredible dessert sure to please all. Creamy, nutty, luscious. Serve with pride, not only is it pretty, it tastes fantastic. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons toasted pistachios shelled and chopped

Directions
  1. Combine pudding mix and milk then cook until mixture boils.
  2. Cool slightly then stir in sour cream.
  3. Chill thoroughly then split cake in 3 layers then spread chocolate mixture between layers.
  4. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream sweetened with confectioners sugar.
  5. Garnish with pistachios.
