How to make it

  • Bring water to boil.
  • Add ginger, cover and reduce heat to medium low for 20 minutes.
  • Strain, add honey and lemon as desired.

    Hi Mari. Thank you for your comment. I have shared this recipe with many friends/co-workers and most prefer the drink without lemons. I personally like to have it in but made it optional should anyone want to have a pure ginger tea.

    I have a very similar recipe, but it also contains lemons, great for summer. I don't know why it's not showing up next to this one.
