Tequila- Lime Chicken

A spanish flare to the basic chicken, very easy recipe
Ingredients
- 1 - 9 ounce package of fettuccine shopping list
- 2 limes shopping list
- 1 - 10 -ounce of alfredo pasta sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup tequila ( or can use milk if you dont want the tequila) shopping list
- 2 - 5 1/2 ounce packages of grilled chicken breast strips( in the refrigeration area at the store. shopping list
How to make it
- cook the fettuccine according to the package directions; drain.
- meanwhile finely shred enough peel from 1 of the limes to measure 1 teaspoon(chill this lime and use for juice another time).cut remaining lime into wedges and set aside.
- in a medium saucepan combine shredded lime peel, alfredo sauce, and tequila; cook and stir just until boiling. stir in chicken strips; heat through, toss chicken mixture with hot fettuccine, serve with lime wedges.
