- A dozen hard boiled large eggs
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced real fine
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- papricka
- green onion chopped for garnish

Ingredients

A dozen hard boiled large eggs shopping list
1/4 cup red onion, minced real fine shopping list
1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped shopping list
1/2 cup mayo shopping list
1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
dash salt shopping list
dash pepper shopping list
papricka shopping list
green onion chopped for garnish shopping list

How to make it

Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
In a large bowl mix yolks, onion, cucumber, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spoon filling into egg white halves.
Sprinkle tops with papricka.
Garnish with green onion.
Yum!
