Hungarian Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel your cucumber usuing a potatoe peeler (or a knife)
  • chop the cucumber finely.
  • mix vinegar and olive oil.
  • add cucumber- mix
  • (optional) add yoghurt / sour cream - mix

    Greek yogurt is ever so much richer and thicker than ordinary you should try it, but I do use regular fr this salad-- but haven't used the vinegar! I will try that. I've eaten my version three times this week!

    Question? Forgive my ignorance,but what does Greek Yogurt taste like and can I use plain yogurt and maybe add Greek seasonings? Thank-you
