Sour Cream And Onion Oven-Fried Pork Chops Recipe
I came up with this after making it once without sour cream. I thought it would taste pretty good. It did.

Ingredients
  • Pork chops
  • sour cream, enough to coat chops
  • french-fried onions, crushed in ziplock bag
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. season each pork chop with salt and pepper.
  3. lightly coat both sides of each pork chop with sour cream (i just spread it on with a butter knife).
  4. take each chop and shake it in the bag with the onions.
  5. lay the chops out in a baking dish.
  6. bake for at least 40 minutes (for thin chops) or until done (for thicker or bone-in chops).
