Spicy Pepper Dip

- 3 cups roasted red peppers, undrained shopping list
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated ginger root shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp table salt, or to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste shopping list
- 1 medium yellow pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender or food processor, combine roasted peppers, garlic, jalapeno, mushrooms, ginger and mustard.
- Purée until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.
