Ingredients

How to make it

  • start your pasta to boil in salted water
  • melt butter in a seperate sauce pan on medium heat
  • add lemon juice and zest
  • in a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and half and half, mix on low until smooth
  • add cream cheese mixture to sauce pan and heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes
  • drain pasta when cooked (according to package directions)
  • pour sauce over pasta and toss
  • grate parmesan over top and serve!

    I made this for friends to go with Salmon in parma ham and everyone said how lovely it was. Lemon such a good idea that I wouldn't have thought of by myself.

    I made this for lunch today and it is really good. Although, I did not have any lemons (which is unusual for me) or half and half, I just doubled up on the lemon juice, the cream cheese and added some nonfat milk.
