Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups dried milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup lite syrup
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 large egg whites or 1 egg
  • 11/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins or dried fruit -- chopped

Directions
  1. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Spread onto sheet, press cutting lines in to make 10 pieces.
  4. Bake 15 minutes untill golden brown, cut apart, then cool and wrap.
  5. Store airtight at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Delish plus a lot cheaper to make than the store bought!! Great post!


Sounds great...much better than store bought when you make them you have the control to add what ever you desire.
