Rich Chocolate Cheese Cake

This is one cake , I will die for .
Ingredients
- 180 g cake flour and 1 / 2 tsp baking soda , sifted shopping list
- 1 C molasses shopping list
- 50 g chocolate melted in 1/2 C water shopping list
- 2 Large eggs shopping list
- 100 g butter , chopped shopping list
- Middle Layer shopping list
- 150 g chocolate melted in 1/2 C low fat evaporated milk and 1 tbsp golden syrup added shopping list
- 1/2 tsp gelatine mixed in 1 1/2 tbsp hot water shopping list
- Top Layer shopping list
- 150 g cream cheese shopping list
- 100 g condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp gelatine mixed in 1 1/2 tbsp hot water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 C whip cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees . Grease a 9 inch loose bottom pan .
- Beat the butter and the molasses .
- Add the eggs one at a time . Beat well .
- Add 2 tbsp of the flour . Beat .
- Add the chocolate mixture .
- Fold in the flour .
- Pour the batter in the pan and bake 35 mins .
- Cool it .
- Middle Layer
- Mix everything and whisk .
- Pour over the cake .
- Chill for 1 hour .
- Top Layer
- Beat everything .
- Spread on top of the cake .
- Chill 1 hour .
