How to make it

  • Cut the baby marrows in slices.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes in salt water.
  • Drain the baby marrows.
  • Chop the onion and fry it till light.
  • Peel the tomato and cut it in pieces.
  • Add the tomato and baby marrow to the onion.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Dish up and enjoy!
