How to make it

  • In pan, melt butter over medium heat. Fry garlic and onions, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Fry until softened, about 4/5 minutes.
  • In a pot bring chicken stock to boil. When boiling stir in couscous (and if desired olive oil). Cover and remove from heat immediately. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Add the onions and garlic to the couscous, stir to combine. Fluff with folk.
  • Serve immediately.
