- 2 LB. potatoes shopping list
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 onion, CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 CRUSHED clove OF garlic shopping list
- 1 LB LEAN minced beef shopping list
- 1 SEEDED red pepper HALVED AND SLICED shopping list
- 1 TBSP GLOUR shopping list
- 8 OZ OF beef stock shopping list
- 1 TBSP OF CHOPPED parsley shopping list
- salt AND pepper shopping list
- 3 TBSP milk shopping list
- KNOB OF butter shopping list
- 3 OZ CHEDDA R cheese GRATED. shopping list
How to make it
- CUT POTATOES INTO EVEN SIZE PIECES, PUT IN SALTED BOILING WATER AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN WELL
- MEANTIME HEAT OIL IN LAARGE PAN AND FRY ONIONS FOR 3 MINUTES
- ADD GARLIC AN D MINCE AND PEPPER AND COOK STIRRING FOR 5 MINUTES. STIR IN THE FLOUR ANND ADD STOCK AND BTING TO BOIL STIRRING ALL THE WHILE, ADD
- PARSLEY AND SEASONING
- MASH POTATOES AND MIX WITH MILK AND BUTTER. SEASON
- SPOON MEAT INTO OVENPROOF DISH AND TOP WITH POTATO, SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
- BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES IN OVEN AT 200 DEGREES C/
- TIPS. MIX THE GRATED CHEESE WITH BREADCRUMBS FOR AN EXTRA CRUNCHY TOPPIING..
