Ingredients

How to make it

  • Coat pork with taco seasoning packet
  • Add oil to skillet and heat to medium heat
  • Brown pork on all sides
  • Add salsa and peach preserves
  • Stir to blend well
  • Cover and lower heat
  • Simmer gently for 15 minutes
