This is so easy and tasty...Serve it over rice

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork loin, cubed
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 jar salsa, 8 oz.
  • 4 tbls. peach preserves
  • Canola oil

Directions
  1. Coat pork with taco seasoning packet
  2. Add oil to skillet and heat to medium heat
  3. Brown pork on all sides
  4. Add salsa and peach preserves
  5. Stir to blend well
  6. Cover and lower heat
  7. Simmer gently for 15 minutes
