Ingredients

6 tbls. mayonnaise

3 tbls. lemon juice, fresh

3 tbls. onion, grated

2 1/2 tbls. dijon mustard, coarse grain

2 1/2 cups broccoli, peeled and shredded

1 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl

Add broccoli and carrots to mixture and toss to coat

Add salt and pepper

Let chill for 1 hour

Wynne, I like this one, too. They sell broccoli slaw at the store, instead of grating, just open a bag and pour it in. That helps when you are in a hurry. You have my 5. Have a good night...Cheryl
