How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Mix all ingredients but oatmeal. Slowly add oatmeal to mixture till somewhat firm. Bake in oven for 1 hour. I like to serve this with grilled asparagus or green beans and scalloped potatoes.

This sounds really good! I'm always looking for new ideas with my meatloaf. I usually put in bread crumbs but the oatmeal might firm up the loaf a little more... I'd like that. The sage sounds great too! Can you tell me if you use dried or fresh, or if it makes a difference? Thanks!!!
