Back to my steamer . It's raining in the afternoons and it's nice to have dis steamy cupcakes with green tea .

Ingredients
- 3 Banans , Sliced
- 150 g plus 100 g Caster Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 75 g Butter , melted
- 100 ml Low Fat Evaporated Milk
- 2 eggs , lightly beaten
- 180 g Flour , 1/2 tsp Baking Soda , Pinch of Salt - sifted
Directions
- Caramalise the 150 g sugar until golden brown . Remove from fire and add the water .
- Boil again until the sugar is melted . Cool it .
- Take 300 ml of the caramel , add the butter , milk and eggs .
- In a bowl , add the flour , 100 g sugar and stir .
- Pour the caramel mixture . Stir until lump free .
- Grease the cups . Place some banana slices at the bottom of each cup .
- Pour batter into all the cups .
- Boil a steamer . Steam the cups for 20 mins .
- Turn it over and serve warm .

One question: does the steamer have to be boiling by the time the cups go in (like preheating the oven)? My guess is it does, but I just wanted to double check!

Yes , U must preheat the steamer : )
