I love this recipe, instead of having one big meatloaf, you've got 8 small ones, just big enough for everyone to have their own and be satisfied!

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1 cup saltine crackers crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the first 8 ingredients, saving 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix thoroughly with your hands (I suggest wearing plastic gloves, this gets messy!) shape mix into 8 loaves. Place them into a 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. 2. Combine saved 1/4 cup ketchup, basil and oregano; spoon over loaves. Bake 35 minutes or until done (165 degrees F. on meat thermometer).
