Chipotle Mayonnaise

Delicious. Especially on roasted chicken. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chilies* shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- *chipotle chilies are canned in a spicy tomato sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic and chipotle chilies
- Season with salt and pepper
- Transfer to serving bowl
- Serve on roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, brisket
- Delicious
