Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chilies*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- *chipotle chilies are canned in a spicy tomato sauce
Directions
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic and chipotle chilies
- Season with salt and pepper
- Transfer to serving bowl
- Serve on roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, brisket
- Delicious

If I could give this mayo a 10,I would. I've eaten it on roast beef sandwiches,salads,and french fries. I'm done with regular mayonnaise. Great recipe!
