How to make it

  • cut each steak into four equal pieces
  • pound with mallet until very thin
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • combine all dry ingredients
  • add tomatoes and mix well
  • let sit a few minutes so juices are absorbed
  • Place 1/2 cup of bread mixture in center of each steak piece.
  • roll up tucking in ends.
  • wrap each roll in one strip of bacon and secure with tooth picks
  • Gently brown in olive oil
  • Place in casserole dish cover and bake in a 325 oven for about 1 1/2 hr or untill every thing is tender and juicy. Serve with steemed rice and fresh broccoli. Yummy!
