Ingredients
- 4 Packs of Top Ramen (chicken flavor)
- 1/2 of Stick Butter
- 12 oz of Sour Cream
- 16 oz (or more) of Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 12 oz. Packages of Frozen Chopped Spinach
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F.
- Cook Ramen Noodles as directed on package, season and drain.
- Cook Spinach.
- Combine Ramen Noodles, Spinach, Butter, Sour Cream and Cheese in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a 9 x 13" pan and bake for 30 minutes.
