How to make it

  • Heat gently the sugar until ir caramalizes .
  • Turn off heat and add the water .
  • Boil again until it completely melts . Cool it .
  • Now , beat the butter and the sugar .
  • Add the eggs one at a time and beat .
  • Fold in the flour .
  • Add the caramel and milk .
  • Grease a 15 cm pan and steam it for 2.30 hours or until done .
