Easiest Soup Ever

- 1 pound ground beef'1 14-ounce can beef broth (1-1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups water shopping list
- 1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 14-1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes (I use the Mexican kind with the chiles for extra zest shopping list
- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condesned tomato soup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic power shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet cook beef until borwn. Drain off fat.
- Transfer meat to a 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the cooker.
- Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
