How to make it

  • Mix soy sauce and black pepper in a bowl,
  • crumble in the tofu.
  • Saute onions and chopped pepper over gentle heat in a greased skillet until the onion softens (about 5 minutes).
  • Add garlic and tomatoes and cook over medium heat until cooked (about 15 minutes).
  • Serve Immediately.
  • enjoy.

    Wow, this recipe looks great. Most of my family and I are meat and potatoes people except for my oldest daughter who is a vegetarian. I do prepare tofu and vegetarian meals and this looks delicious. You've got my "5" fork rating :)
