Finger Licking Good Beef Steak

- 2 pounds round steak shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 lemon slices shopping list
- 3 medium sliced white onions shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 can beef bouillon shopping list
- 1 can beer shopping list
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes shopping list
- 2 teaspoons thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 8 ounces cooked egg noodles shopping list
- green pepper slices for garnish shopping list
- cherry tomatoes for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Add lemon slices to oil.
- Cut steak into serving size pieces then brown on all sides in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
- Remove steak to a baking dish large enough to bake it.
- Layer onions and garlic over meat then sprinkle flour over top.
- Combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Pour over steak and bake uncovered at 325 for 3 hours.
- Serve over cooked noodles then garnish with pepper slices, parsley and cherry tomatoes.
