Creamy Southwest Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • Optional garnishes: salsa or picante sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced ripe olives, sliced green onions.

Directions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions; drain.
  2. In a medium saucepan, stir together the sour cream and taco seasoning over a low heat until it is warm.
  3. Serve the sauce over the hot noodles; top with the desired garnishes.
