Aunt Jennies Easy Pecan Pie

- 2/3 C milk shopping list
- 3-4 slices of soft white bread -torn into small pieces-no crust shopping list
- 2 eggs -well beaten shopping list
- 1 C brown sugar shopping list
- 1 C graulated sugar shopping list
- 3 TBS melted butter or oleo shopping list
- 1 C chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Put bread chunks in bowl with the milk--fold till milk is absorbed
- beat in sugars , beaten eggs , and butter.
- pour into unbaked pie shell--{i use a frozen pie shell}
- sprinkle chopped pecans all over the top
- bake @ 350' for 35-40 mins untill pie is set.
