How to make it

  • Boil eggs and peel
  • add green chiles
  • mayo
  • onions
  • hot sauce
  • and stir with vigor
  • I toasted my rolls
  • Warning: If you don't use all your egg salad, after it stays in the frig
  • it will get kind of runny. But it taste good anyway left over,
