How to make it

  • Rub the tumeric pwd , chilli pwd and salt to the prawns . Set aside .
  • Fry the onion . Set aside .
  • Fry the tomatoes , all the leaves . Set aside .
  • Fry the prawns . Set aside .
  • Fry the Ing. A
  • Add the rice and Fry for 2 mins .
  • Add the Ing. B
  • Add the water and salt .
  • When it starts to boil , cover .
  • 5 mins later , add the onions , tomatoes and prawns .
  • Mix and add the lemon juice and ghee .
  • Cover . Cook until all the water is obsorbed .
  • Serve hot on it's own .

    Medium Sized Prawns , selling for 14 bucks per kg . I couldn't get bigger ones on dat day : )
