This is a very nice and simple spread that is great on breads, muffins and bagels. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. This is great on bagels, toast , crackers or English muffins.

This was great, instead of almond extract i used 1/4 cup almond meal for texture and it was a hit!
