Easy chocoholic fix Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix all ingredients except chocolate bar in a large bowl until well mixed and no dry spots
  • Place in a 8x8 baking dish and put in oven for 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes clean or center of cake is firm to touch
  • take out of the oven and place chocolate bar on top of hot cake
  • let sit for 5 minutes or so until chocolate is softened
  • spread chocolate over top of cake.
  • let cool and chocolate harden on top.. This also helps keep cake moist inside!
  • Hide cake from everyone else!
