Chicken Rosemary Recipe
This is a recipe taught to me by my friend Johann from Singapore.

Ingredients
  • 4 big chicken quarters
  • McCormick Basil Leaves
  • McCormick Oregano
  • McCormick Rosemary
  • rock salt
  • pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • 1 whole garlic, cloved
  • 2 whole white onions, quartered

Directions
  1. In an aluminum foil, place 1 chicken quarter
  2. rub a little rock salt and pepper on the chicken
  3. sprinkle in basil and oregano and lots of parsley
  4. drizzle olive oil on the chicken
  5. put some onions and garlic beside the chicken
  6. close the foil tightly.
  7. Proceed with the same method on the rest of the chicken quarters.
  8. stick into the freezer for about 5 to 6 hours.
  9. TO COOK:
  10. Remove from freezer
  11. stick in pre-heated turbo broiler for about 30 to 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
  12. check from time to time if chicken is ready.
  13. once cooked, remove from foil and place on plate.
  14. serve hot.
