Moroccan Peaches

- 8 large ripe peaches, skin removed shopping list
- 3 tblspns superfine sugar shopping list
- 8 tspns rose water shopping list
- fresh mint leaves, to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the peaches (blanch for a few seconds if the skins are being difficult)
- Cut each one in half, twist the halves apart and remove the stones
- Slice the peaches into a serving bowl
- Sprinkle with sugar and rosewater
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavours develop
- Serve decorated with mint leaves
