How to make it
- Combine all ingredients with a mortar -and- pestle or in a blender.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a month.
- This is used in lots of recipes from the mahgreb region of North Africa. See my beet and feta recipe for one application of this spice blend.
