How to make it

  • In a saucepan combine beets, tabil, and just enough water to almost cover the beets.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beets are tender and water is almost completely evaporated.
  • Place cooked beets, feta and vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with crusty bread or crudites.
