How to make it
- In a saucepan combine beets, tabil, and just enough water to almost cover the beets.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beets are tender and water is almost completely evaporated.
- Place cooked beets, feta and vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with crusty bread or crudites.
