Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

Super easy-super moist and super tasting orange cake.
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges plus juice shopping list
- 2 T flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 c oil shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1 8oz carton Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple and juice shopping list
- 1 small pkg coconut instant pudding, dry shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake ingredients together, spread in lightly greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or till tests done. Let cool completely then frost.
- Frosting
- Mix all ingredients together, use as a filling and/or frosting

A nice twist on an old stand-by. My mom and I were just visiting a little bit ago and were mooning over making a pineapple cake...may just try this one, instead! Nice...
