Jaynes Apricot Chicken Recipe
This dish is an office favorite!! Finger lickin good chicken, serve with brown rice, and a vegetable or salad of your choice!

Ingredients
  • chicken pieces drumsticks & thighs 8 piece pack
  • apricot juice 750ml
  • chutney 2 or 3 TBL spoons
  • crushed garlic - depends on how much you like
  • crushed ginger - depends on how much you like
  • 1 packet of brown onion soup

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  2. pack pieces of chicken in a baking tray/dish
  3. in a measuring jug, mix the juice, chutney, garlic, ginger and about half the pack of soup, pour over the chicken
  4. Sprinkle the rest of the soup over the chicken
  5. Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes or when chicken is cooked
  6. Enjoy the flavors.

Am, the chicken was falling off the bone tender, the ginger ads zip to the dish and a sweetness too I made a mango chutney.
