Roasted Chicken With Lemon Sauce

- 3 chicken halves(3-4lb. Total) shopping list
- 11/4c dry white wine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 3/4c canned reduced-sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 3Tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 2Tbs chopped fresh oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a lg.roasting panwith a reack,cook chicken(skin side up) until thermometer inserted into the thigh registers 165,about 45 mins. Re4move chicken and rack.
- Make sauce: Pour pan juices into a measuring cup;skim off the fat. In a pan,cook wine over medium -high heat scraping up the bits,until reduced bt 1/4th,4-6 mins. Add broth,lemon juice, and pan juices. Cook until reduced by1/4th,about 5 mins. Stir in oregano. Add water,if needed to make 11/2 cups.
- Serve chicken halves with the sauce.
