April Fools Food Recipes - Meatloaf Cupcakes

Ingredients
- Meatloaf shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Potato frosting shopping list
- 3 cups mashed potatoes shopping list
- food coloring shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 muffin tin cups with foil bake cups.
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the meatloaf ingredients until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the lined cups (about 3/4 full).
- Bake cupcakes for about 15 minutes or until cooked through
- Divide the mashed potatoes among three small bowls and stir in a few drops of food coloring to create pastel frostings.
- Frost the meatloaf cakes with the potato frosting.
- Tell your family they can have dessert for dinner today and watch in amazement.
