Ice Cream Cake

Easy dessert to put together, enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 pt. ice cream ,softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1Tbsp.baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Grease bottom of 13"x9" pan.
- Heat butter until melted.Remove from heat.Add ice cream,eggs,flour, sugar,baking powder,salt, heavy cream and canola oil. Pour into prepared pan.Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Combine nuts,topping and sour cream.Pour over warm cake.
