How to make it

  • Place a small amount of water in a saucepan.
  • Add the scallions, garlic and ginger.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat for a few minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Serve hot.

    Hey ... what's up Doc? Sorry I couldn't resist. My wife says this is a classic. She lived in Berlin for a year in the mid-90's so she should know. Put in on fries or on wurst. I think I may do both. Thanks again!
