Ingredients
  • 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese
  • fruit of your choice
  • sugar free jello, dry

Directions
  1. To 1/2 c cottage add 1 serving of fruit; stir. Sprinkle a little sugar free jello over top and stir to mix.
  2. Good tastin' and good for ya.
  3. Try pineapple with lime jello, mandarin oranges with orange jello, fruit cocktail with strawberry jello.

Wow - i never thought of doing this before. I love cottage cheese. Jett


This is kind of ironic! I was craving my usual low cal jello last night but wanted something a little different. So I plopped 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on top. It was good but I like this idea better! Great post!


I'm glad you both like this recipe. I eat it all the time, it's yummy and you can switch out the flavors so it doesn't get boring!
