Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook bacon to "just right" crispy
  • Toast bread slices
  • Spread cream cheese on one slice and the mustard (and mayo if added) on the other slice
  • Thinly slice the avocado and tomato and place on toasted bread
  • Add bacon strips (I break mine in half to get a good overall covering)
  • Lighty top with alfalfa sprouts
  • Add onion slice if you wish.
  • Place the other slice of the bread on this creation, cut in half corner to corner and enjoy.
  • Compliment with cut fruit such as oranges, strawberries, pineapple and melon and add a scoop of cottage cheese for a complete lunch.

It's great that you posted this recipe because at this very moment, I have an avocado sitting in my fridge which I had no idea what to do with. My boyfriend hates avocado so this is a way for me to just enjoy, all by myself!

This reminds me of a cross between my cucumber sandwich and my club sandwich, going to have to try this one, I book marked it.

Please take a photo the next time you make one to share with us.

    Thank you and be well,
    Annie
