Ingredients
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g cherries , glazed
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g self raising flour
  • 2 tbsps almonds
  • 6 tbsps low fat evaporated milk

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg .
  2. Beat butter , eggs , milk and sugar until fluffy and bulky .
  3. Fold in the flour and cherries .
  4. Pour in a 20 cm pan .
  5. Bake 55 mins .
  6. Cool
