Grilled Potato Salad

- Dressing: shopping list
- 4Tbs.country Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1Tbs white win or applw cider vinegar shopping list
- 3Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 2Tbs. chopped dill shopping list
- 1/2tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp. black pepper shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 2lbs. small red potatoes,cut into 1/2" slices shopping list
- 2Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 green onion,thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl. Blend well with fork;set aside.
- Preheat grill to med-hot. Bring 8 cups water and salt to a bowl. Add potatoes;boil about 5 mins. Drain. Transfer potatoes to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly.
- Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil;fold into packets. Place packet on grill 7-10 mins or till potatoes are tender. Transfer to serving bowl. Add green onions. Toss gently with reserved dressing. Serve warm
