How to make it

  • Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl. Blend well with fork;set aside.
  • Preheat grill to med-hot. Bring 8 cups water and salt to a bowl. Add potatoes;boil about 5 mins. Drain. Transfer potatoes to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly.
  • Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil;fold into packets. Place packet on grill 7-10 mins or till potatoes are tender. Transfer to serving bowl. Add green onions. Toss gently with reserved dressing. Serve warm
