Quick Coconut Macaroons

- 1 small tin of condensed milk shopping list
- 150g desiccated coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F or Gas Mark 4)
- Line one or two baking trays with greaseproof paper
- Pour the condensed milk into a bowl and stir the coconut into it. Mix well.
- Wet your hands and take a medium handful of the mix. Form into a ball and place on the baking sheet.
- Continue making coconut balls and place 2cm apart from each other.
- Bake until golden - takes between 8-10 minutes.
- Fun to make with kids.
