First made these when everyone was craving something sweet. It was a quick and simple experiment which certainly hit the spot. They taste delicious when fresh out of the oven!

I have a delicious recipe for macaroons, so I almost didn't make these, but I didn't know what else to do with my leftover can of condensed milk that I used a little bit of. These were so super incredibly easy, my 2 year old and I could make them together and lick our fingers, and they were loved by everyone. I am going to make these for the holidays (Maybe I'll add some nutmeg, etc.). I thank you so much! They are the perfect cookie for my life this month!

I think nutmeg would be a perfect addiction to make these more of a Winter Blues Buster - I'm glad you enjoyed making them!

I made these for my dad for christmas ... Being a coconut nut his opinion mattered and he says they were the best ever ... I did add some melted chocolate to the recipe too ... thanks for the recipe!

Pjv, thanks for the comment - I love the fact that a craving for something sweet and a severe lack of ingredients led to the creation of something so simple and yet so tasty. It's fab your dad enjoyed them!
