This is different than your normal "beer can chicken". My husband and I have this at least a couple of times a month!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can use any parts of chicken you like)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup of beer (we use a light beer)

Directions
  1. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and beer together in a larger casserole.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cover each with the ketchup sauce.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating.
  5. Enjoy!
