Beer Sauce Chicken

This is different than your normal "beer can chicken". My husband and I have this at least a couple of times a month!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can use any parts of chicken you like) shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of beer (we use a light beer) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and beer together in a larger casserole.
- Add chicken pieces and cover each with the ketchup sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before eating.
- Enjoy!
