How to make it

  • Lightly saute the sliced Onions
  • Mix together the Meat and previously cooked Mashed Potatoes,
  • add the sauted Onions
  • season and add stock, and a little Milk if necessary
  • Form into a roll on a floured board
  • Cut into cake size pieces, equal in size.
  • Shape neatly
  • Coat with Egg and Breadcrumbs
  • Fry gently in deep Fat until thoroughly cooked.
  • serve in a Bread Bun or on a plate with Chips and Peas, or vegetable of your choice.
  • A tasty snack or light main meal
