Cheezie Carmel Apple Pie

I Know,I Know!! but I just had to try this Pie!!
Ingredients
- 1 (11oz)condensed cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 1/2 package(14 oz) carmels shopping list
- 1/3 Cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 2 eggs,slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 6 Cups peeled and thinly sliced apples shopping list
- Melted butter shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Combine in sauce pan,soup,caramels,brown sugar and ginger
- Heat until caramels are melted,stirring constantly
- Remove from heat,add a little of this mixture to the eggs stir,then add all the eggs to the mixture
- Add Almond Extract,stir,cool
- In pie shell arrange alternated layers of apples and sauce,ending with the apples
- Brush the apples that are on top with the melted butter
- Bake in a 350 degree oven
- 1 hour
- Cool
- Serve with whipped cream
