Ingredients
  • 2 half ripe mangoes peeled and chunked
  • 2 limes/lemons juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • Scotch Bonnet peppers (if you like hot) to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasonings to taste until you are satisfied.
  2. Instead of mangoes you could use
  3. half ripe peaches/nectarines,cucumbers,granny smith apples,carambola(star fruit),green guavas or any crunchy sour fruit
